This policy explains how personal information is handled at shop.nicestickbro.com, a Nice Stick Bro shop for physical goods. The shop is operated by Badger Hive. This policy applies to the shop; the main Nice Stick Bro site has a separate privacy page. We currently ship only within the United States.
Information We Collect
When you place or attempt to place an order, we collect the information needed for checkout and delivery. This may include your name, email address, shipping and billing addresses, optional phone number, order notes, the items you select, and your order and payment status.
We also receive technical information when you use the shop, such as your IP address, browser information, pages visited, and information needed to maintain your cart, protect the site, and diagnose problems.
If a comment or product review form is available and you use it, we collect the information you submit, along with your IP address and browser information for moderation and spam prevention. Your review or comment, rating, and display name may be public; your email address is not published with it.
How we use information
We use this information to process payments, fulfill and ship orders, send order and service messages, handle questions, returns and disputes, maintain business records, prevent fraud, and keep the shop working securely. We do not sell customer personal information or share it with another company for its advertising or targeting.
Payments and service providers
Payments are processed through WooPayments and its payment partners, including Stripe. If you choose an express payment option, the wallet provider you select may also process payment information. These providers receive information needed to complete and protect the transaction. Full payment card numbers and security codes are handled by the payment provider; they are not stored in our WordPress database.
We share only the information needed with service providers that host, secure, and operate the shop, and with delivery carriers to ship orders. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect the shop and its customers.
Cookies and site measurement
WooCommerce uses cookies and similar storage to keep your cart and checkout working. Payment providers may use cookies for payment security and fraud prevention. You can block cookies in your browser, though the cart or checkout may then fail to work.
The shop uses Cloudflare to measure site performance. Cloudflare’s Web Analytics does not use cookies to track visitors across sites. If you choose to save your details when leaving a comment, WordPress may store those details in a convenience cookie.
How long we keep information
We keep order information for as long as needed to fulfill orders, manage returns and disputes, maintain tax and accounting records, and meet legal obligations. We keep other information only as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, then delete or anonymize it when appropriate. A published comment or review may remain visible until it is removed.
Your choices and requests
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Some order information may need to be retained for legal, accounting, or dispute purposes.
Children
The shop is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
